HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose)
For construction materials, HPMC plays a crucial role, which offers outstanding water retention, enhances workability and provides moderate thickening.
For liquid detergents, it acts as an effective thickener and foam stabilizer, contributing to consistent product quality with its excellent performance.
MHEC/HEMC (Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose)
MHEC has excellent performance in various mortars, putties and tile adhesives which use the cement, gypsum, lime, as the main cementitious materials.
It provides thickening, protective colloids, workability, moisturizing effects surface activity and stability, ensuring a high quality final product. lt is commonly recognized worldwide for its environmental friendly properties.
RDP (Redispersible Polymer Powder)
RDP forms a flexible, adhesive polymer film after being mixed with water, effectively boosting the bonding strength, flexibility, impact resistance and water resistance of construction mortars like tile adhesives, wall putties and external thermal insulation mortars.
HPS is characterized by excellent thixotropy and workability enhancement—effectively improving the spreading performance of mortars, reducing water loss in thin-layer constructions, and optimizing the cohesive force of fresh mortars without significantly increasing viscosity, making it ideal for tile adhesives, wall putties and other construction mortars.
PCE (Polycarboxylate Superplasticize)
It functions primarily by exerting a strong dispersing effect on cement particles, which greatly reduces the water consumption required for mortar while maintaining excellent workability, thereby significantly improving the strength, compactness and durability of hardened mortar.
In detergents, it acts as an efficient thickener and foam stabilizer to improve cleaning performance; in toothpaste, it enhances texture, moldability and moisture retention for a smooth using experience; in oil drilling fluid, it serves as a viscosifier and fluid loss control agent to optimize drilling fluid properties and ensure stable drilling operations.
PVA-2488 (Polyvinyl Alcohol 2488)
PVA-2488 is used in producing mortar, cement, drywall mud, and grout. It makes these products easier to spread and allows sanding when dried. It's also helpful in creating a slip-resistant layer for a wide range of flooring materials and synthetic wood, significantly contributing to building safer spaces.
PP Fiber (Polypropylene fiber)
It is physically incorporated into concrete, mortar and other building materials to reinforce their structure, which effectively enhance toughness, impact resistance and crack resistance, inhibit the formation and propagation of micro-cracks, and improve the material’s overall durability and service life of construction projects.
